About The Service:

We offer a FREE evaluation of your current services to confirm if a saving can be made versus what you are currently paying.
Once we have confirmed that a saving can be made, choose from one of our great value packages (see step 4 below). We will then setup a consultation with you to talk you through each step of the saving, the sign up process with the new provider and answer any questions which you may have along the way.

Step 2 – Place your order for Free!

Once you have thought about the service(s) which you wish to have assessed for savings, please place an order using the button below where we will grab some basic details from you and find out more about what services we can save you money on.
We aim to contact all of our customers on the same working day that the order is placed. If you haven’t heard from us, please check your spam folder.
Placing an order with us is FREE of charge, we will confirm to you if we can find a saving (based on an approximate calculation) for you based on the information you provide (see step 3) at absolutely ZERO cost to you.

Step 3 – Confirm your details

Following the instructions in the email which we have sent you, please send us back the requested information.
While we can offer a basic recommendation based on a series of lifestyle questions which we will ask through our email correspondence to you, in order to offer a tailored and accurate service, we may require some additional information from you. This may include:
Copies of your Utility Bills
Copies of your Insurance Renewal Notice
We do realise that providing this information can sometimes be a source of inconvenience to our customers, so we have prepared a number of guides to talk you through where to find this information. You will find the relevant guide based on the service you have indicated attached to the Email from us. If you are not comfortable with providing these documents, we can also talk you through which information is needed from them in order to find you the best price!
(Please note any personal information provided to us via email for the purposes of calculating a saving will be deleted after 30 days)

Step 4 – Choose a package:

After we have confirmed a saving, Please choose a package below using the same email address provided when the initial order was placed. This will allow us to match your chosen package to your order and allow us to proceed to the next step. (Business customers can choose our pay later functionality to allow an invoice to be generated on completion of our service, this service is not available to personal customers at present.)

Step 5 – Consultation

Once a package has been purchased, we will contact you to confirm an appointment for consultation.
Our consultations can last up to 60 mins but can vary based on the level of detail required and will be conducted via video meeting (if video meeting is not suitable for the customer, a phone call can be arranged instead). As part of this consultation we will present all of the viable savings options we have found, answer any questions or doubts you may have and guide you through the sign up process with your chosen service provider.

Step 6 – Aftercare

We offer a 14 day post consultation after care service.
We can answer any queries you may have about changing service provider or direct you to the most appropriate place in order to get the best solution to your query (Terms & Conditions Apply, Please consult the link at the bottom of the page).
