Competition Terms & Conditions:

Introduction

By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.The competition is being run by Reducemybills.ie.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age and residents of the Republic of Ireland. Reducemybills.ie associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

Valid Entry is constituted by completing 3 actions:
1) Liking the Reducemybills.ie Instagram Page or Facebook Page
2) Completing the Entry form on our website and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions
3) Liking the competition

There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter. The participant may gain an additional bonus entry to the competition by sharing our competition story to their story on Instagram, however intentional duplicate entries not gained by this method shall be disqualified from the competition.

The Prize

The winning prize will be a 1 year unlimited subscription to our Bill Analysis Service.
This will entitle the winner to use our bill analysis service for free for a period of 1 year from the date of issue of the membership. A full list of our services can be found on https://reducemybills.ie/how-it-works-consumer/

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Reducemybills.ie’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided. The draw will take place once the competition has reached 50 entries (Additional bonus entries are excluded from this count).

Reducemybills.ie will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Reducemybills.ie reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Reducemybills.ie for the purposes of administering the competition and for the purposes of contacting you on a future date within 1 year of competition entry for the purposes of marketing our services to you.

We also reserve the right to announce the name of the winning participant through our social media channels unless the winner expressly advises us that this is against their wishes..

If requested by Reducemybills.ie, the winner agrees to release their first name to any other competition participants.

Limitation of Liability

Reducemybills.ie accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

Reducemybills.ie reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
